Envirocentrum Cluster
The aim of Envirocentrum is to contribute to increasing the climate and environmental literacy of individuals by popularizing and communicating the latest scientific knowledge about climate change, as well as innovative and proven practices for adapting landscapes to climate change and mitigating its effects. This is achieved through the creation of an Environmental Cluster, which connects entities from academic, scientific, and educational fields with professional practice, interest groups, and engaged individuals.

World Water Council
The Envirocenter is a member of the World Water Council, as the only representative from Slovakia. The World Water Council is an international organization whose main goal is to create a global community that convinces decision-making bodies that water is a political priority for the sustainable and equitable development of the planet.
Banská Štiavnica water management system
The goal of the Envirocentrum is also to transfer experiences and utilize knowledge about the Banská Štiavnica water management system, which has been operating for five centuries without a direct inflow and isa nature-friendly solution. Originally consisting of 66 artificially created reservoirs, 26 of which are still in operation, it was designed for water retention but has also demonstrated high energy potential. Today, it ispart of the UNESCO World Heritage.
